Top designers are rallying around the Pudsey Bear collection

Thirty luxury designers have joined forces to create the Pudsey Bear collection, a line of customized teddy bears. These bears are being sold to raise funds for charity, helping children in need through the Children In Need Foundation.

This idea comes from British designer Katie Grand, a prominent figure in charity work, who asked luxury brands to create teddy bears in their likeness . Among them are Prada , Louis Vuitton , Balenciaga , Burberry , Versace , Gucci , Paul Smith , Alexander McQueen , and Victoria Beckham . This Pudsey Bear collection was launched to support the Children In Need , which fights for the survival and protection of children worldwide.

Thirty designers used their talents for a good cause Indeed , each teddy bear is different and reflects its respective luxury brand , the only common element being an eye patch over its right eye. Each bear perfectly represents its brand: Victoria Beckham elegant and graceful little bear Versace 's is much more eye-catching in a leopard print , Balenciaga offers a bear entirely dressed in a Liberty print , and let's not forget Burberry bear, so chic with a little trench coat and a black umbrella.

LOVE magazine editor Katie Grand said: “I was honored to launch this fantastic collection and had so much fun working with the designers on all of their amazing creations . Children In Need is a very worthwhile cause, and it’s a privilege to support them.” The 30 teddy bears are on display at Selfridges in London and Manchester from October 24 to November 14 before the official sale.
