Since 1884 and Léon Breitling's workshop in Saint-Imier, the company has dedicated itself to the chronograph, shaping its history: the first independent pusher in 1915, the second reset pusher in 1934, then the Navitimer of 1952 with its circular slide rule, which became the instrument of choice for pilots. From aviation watches and diving watches like the Superocean to exploration watches like the Premier, Breitling has, since 2017, undergone a well-received neo-retro repositioning, blending its cockpit heritage with its chronometer-certified manufacture.
