Palace Bistro: The Shangri-La Paris unveils Maison Roland

The return of the "bistro to the palace" is a response to a very contemporary expectation

When a luxury hotel adopts the bistro spirit - A long time, palace catering has been associated with an almost theatrical ceremony : immaculate tablecloths, tasting menus, strict room codes and an additional charge to match. However, part of today's public is looking for something else: a desirable but less intimidating address, where one can drop in spontaneously, have lunch without dedicating the whole day to it, and return often. It is within this space that the rise of the luxury bistro, a formula that borrows the warmth and clarity of the bistro, and to gastronomy its level of execution. The Shangri-La Paris inaugurated Roland House in this context, with an explicit promise :)
