With Infiniment Céline, Pierre Hermé Paris and Céline Dion are not simply associating a renowned name in French haute pâtisserie with an international music icon. The collaboration coincides with Céline Dion's return to a Parisian stage in the fall of 2026. For the occasion, the singer selected eight creations from Maison Pierre Hermé based on her tastes, memories, and the emotions these flavors evoke.
