The Fauchon Les Bains Summer 2012 Pastry Collection revisits the great classics in flavors and colors, where whole fruits, pureed or stewed, lightness and freshness combine for a divine gourmet break.

These little treats, imagined by pastry chef Fabien Rouillard, are named after summer destinations and are made from pure, seasonal fruits combined with rice flour biscuits delicate, fragrant creams .

The collection's images are an invitation to sunshine and holidays , with their delightfully retro . Fauchon Les Bains is available in several main lines : éclairs, entremets, squares, and other sweet treats.

The famous Fauchon éclairs are filled with exquisite fruits to deliver divine gourmet creations, with names evocative of holidays: the Deauville with strawberry and almond, the Trouville with apricot and almond, the Cap Ferret with wild strawberry and lime, and the Sables with Bourbon vanilla .

The desserts are revisited with lightness and finesse , whose authentic tastes place the fruits at the heart of these creations, notably La Baule with apricot and Biarritz in the style of a strawberry cake.

The squares are no exception either, these delicious tarts combine the crispness of a thin shortcrust pastry with the freshness of fruit: the Arcachon with strawberries and the Touquet with yellow fruits.

Finally, the small sweet pleasures are gentle evocations of childhood scents, blending simplicity and generosity in petits fours imbued with sophistication: Ensemble , Dames , Chouchous and Discos .
